During An Assisted Stretch The Practitioner Is Using Their Body Weight, Paired With The Client's Body Weight To Assist Tighter Areas In The Body To Loosen Up. The Client Is Able To Relax, Focus On Breathwork, and Release Deeply Stored Tension In Their Curated Session. Sessions Can Be In Home (Must Add $25 Travel Fee) Or At HiFi Personal Fitness
